This goblin will allow you to put a 1/1 red Goblin token with Haste into play at the beginning of your combat phase.  The catch is, you must attack with all other eligible goblins including that little token.  You can boost the survivability of your tokens by playing another Goblin Rabblemaster, but the catch is now, you must attack with all Rabblemasters every turn, exposing them to being killed off.  Your Gobin Rabblemaster will also get +1/+0 for every attacking goblin until end of turn.  A Goblin King might seem an obvious choice to boost the effectiveness of your tokens but keep in mind you’ll also have to attack with the King every turn; nevertheless, the mountainwalk ability of the Goblin King will be a huge asset if your opponent is also playing Red.

Final Thoughts

If you have lots of goblins and a way to make to make your Goblin Rabblemaster unblockable, then it’s definitely a huge plus.  If you have a Goblin King in your Goblin deck, considering putting this on your sideboard; if your opponent is also playing Red, definitely include the Rabblemaster in the next game; the mountainwalk ability of your Goblin King will boost the effectiveness of your forces tremendously!  Or get a Goblin Tunneler and use it to make your token or any goblin with a power under 2 unblockable to protect it when it’s required to attack.
