The All Hallow’s Eve MTG card is a rather interesting Sorcery.  Unlike most sorceries that go directly into the graveyard, this one is put off to the side with 2 counters which you remove during your upkeep.  When all counters are removed (2 turns later), all creatures from all graveyards immediately come into play under their owners’ control.  This works very well with Buried Alive which you can use to find powerful but high casting cost creatures and put them in your graveyard before putting them into play using All Hallow’s Eve!

Some creatures have abilities that are triggered upon being summoned like the Ravenous Rats which forces your opponent to discard a card of his/her choice.  These abilities all get triggered once your creatures come alive again from the graveyard like what I’ve done in this particular game.

 

 

 

Further Thoughts

 

 

Keep in mind this card will also bring your opponents’ creatures into play from his/her graveyard so you might want to think twice if there’s some powerful or nasty creatures lurking in there.  For this reason alone, it’s a great sideboard candidate.  To learn more, please head over to Amazon.com via the button below!
